Why Chooks Distributors?

We are situated in the centre of Tauranga. Servicing Tauranga, Mount Manganui, and Papamoa on a daily basis and Te Puke, Katikati and the Greater Bay of Plenty twice weekly. We supply to all food distributors, takeaway bars, restaurants, butchers and caterers.

We are a wholesale processor and distributor of fresh and frozen chicken products. We sell the full range including free range, halal, corn fed, and barn raised products. Chooks also make our own speciality bacon onsite including rindless middle and streak bacon. Contact us for a sample!

Chooks specialises in portion control processing with a very low tolerance level in our grading system to ensure customers get consistent sizing every time. Because we bone and process our own chicken we can tailor make products such as semi boneless half chickens, semi boneless whole leg, schnitzels, and boneless netted rolls, to name a few products of what we have on offer.

The Chook’s team are a small dedicated team that understand the value of customers with 90 percent of our customers having traded with chook’s for 10 years or more. Our team strives to go the extra mile with attention to detail and service.
